I remember the days when I felt the most energetic, the most fit, the most alive. But then, in my early adult life, I prioritized late nights out with friends, eating, and drinking. Then add an injury to the mix and I began to realize my habits had erased the confidence and happiness I once felt.  

​

I found myself yearning to get back into shape and feel back in control of my life. But I had no motivation and didn't know where to start.

​

It wasn't until I started weight lifting and building strength that I began to notice results quickly. My body was changing, my attitude towards life was changing.

​

I know how many programs and diets are out there, paralyzing many people from getting started, so I was determined to simplify the process and teach people to get into the best shape through a personalized fitness journey that's simple, proven, and fun.

Working out with Kevin has been a great experience!  I am down 20+ pounds in just a few months.

Not only can I see the change but I can feel it. My energy is back, my mobility is back, and my confidence is back.

My arms, chest, and legs are constantly getting noticed by friends and clients.  Kevin pushes me every session regardless of whether there are 30 minutes or 2 minutes left on the clock.

Kevin is a very knowledgeable trainer and I always feel like he pushes me hard in the gym.

 

He lets me struggle when it is appropriate but he is there to spot me and encourage me so I can keep pushing safely for more

He creates custom plans, and is always easy to chat with in between hard workout sets, and every day we are laughing and talking about music and having a really good time.

 

Working with him feels like working out with a friend. A very focused friend that pushes you that is.

In 7 months I have made definite progress toward my goals. I started at 138lbs and now I am up to a lean 157lbs, having gained a solid amount of muscle mass.
